Blind Bill is a world famous blind bartender from Smith Mountain Lake Virginia. He has spent his life dedicated to bartending, food and beverage and everything in between. He has bartended, served, managed, consulted, owner operated in almost every category of the restaurant industry. From high volume Virginia Tech college bars to huge high volume music venues, Bill has probably served more drinks than a lot of career bartenders.
Kayla has worked in the food and beverage industry for years outside of Hilton Head South Carolina. She also has a undergraduate broadcasting/journalism degree from the University of South Carolina Beaufort.
Mike started bartending on his 21st birthday. (Actually before that...it's long story that the department of alcohol beverage control probably doesn't want to hear about) Mike started in restaurants at 18 as a dishwasher/bus boy then server, bartender, bar manager, manager. He paid his way through college bar managing at Massanutten Ski Resort in Virginia where he met Blind Bill. He then went on to bar manage one of the largest restaurants on the coast of North Carolina. Over his career Mike has worked at over a dozen different establishments of every category in food and beverage.
